- Materials vary from stainless steel to plated white copper. Please try to remove jewelry before showering, swimming etc.. to prolong life.
- don't wear jewelry when cleaning and using harsh chemicals.
- machine wash and dry plushies with normal products, using a dryer can help to fluff them up. (remove any extra parts e.g. crystals, heat pack!)
- Any broken items please contact us withing 30 days of purchase, we can help to replace or refund products to a certain extent. (any broken items on your behalf cannot be replaced or refunded) we know our manufacturer fault well.
