Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your ordered item has been shipped. In that case, you will receive a full refund or an exchange. You may return an item(s) if it is faulty or damaged during delivery. The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items will not be refunded if you had a change of mind or misused the product in any way that would have cause damage or fault to the item(s).
Please ensure the returning item(s) is packed adequately packed so that no further damage can occur. If possible please return the item(s) in the original packaging. If it is damaged during the returning shipping, the return will not be accepted.
Item(s) must be returned via a shipping method that has a tracking number.
** Prior to returning your item(s),
1. What you will need to do:
Contact info@sagepigcollection.com.au (mailto:info@sagepigcollection.com.au) advising of the fault/damage to the product.
2. Include photos showing the fault/damage. Wait for further instructions from Sagepigcollection.

3. Once we accepted your return item(s), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the fund.

Exchange

If you changed mind, you would like exchange your items, the items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging.
