Yes, our Plushies are safe for kids! We got them tested by the ATA for kids 3+ obviously still a good gift for 3 below with constant supervision!! Any younger kids who don't understand small pieces have to be supervised so there are no chocking or burning themselves trying to make the heat pack!!!
