Even though manifesting is about turning your dreams into reality, it requires that you to take proactive steps toward whatever it is you desire, so you shouldn’t expect it to happen instantly or overnight while you sleep. That said, it’s a small price to pay for something that can have such a profound impact on your life.

Here are some ways to get started on manifesting your dream life:


  • Make a vision board (use Pinterest or print things out and put it on a wall where you can see it daily)

  • listen to podcasts that broaden your knowledge on what your looking to achieve

  • Start journaling daily, or monthly every minute counts!

  • Say positive affirmations (negative affirmations will come true if you believe them)

  • Go outside your comfort zone and try something new

  • Surround yourself with positive energy, use sound healing, remove toxic energy from your life

  • take action on your words, say you will do something and do it!

  • try exercise daily even if it’s 10 minutes

We’re all beings of energy. When our energy vibrates at a low level, we attract low-level circumstances. But when our energy is in a high vibration, we attract positive outcomes.
